Warranty Conditions
All Ever Power goods are warranted in accordance with our warranty terms for at least 1,000 operating hours or 12 months from the date of dispatch, whichever occurs first.

Damages Not Covered by Warranty
Accidents and Misuse: Damages caused by accidents, improper operation, or unauthorized modifications are not covered by the warranty.
Force Majeure: Damages resulting from force majeure events such as earthquakes, lightning strikes, fires, floods, wars, or other disasters are not covered.
Unauthorized Changes: Damages caused by modifications, replacement of spare parts, or changes to the canopy, engine, alternator, or base tank without authorization, or when the running time cannot be read.
Insufficient Maintenance: Damages due to insufficient maintenance or failure to maintain the generator set according to the manual are not covered.
Unauthorized Repairs: Damages caused by improper repair or maintenance by unauthorized service agents.
Transportation and Installation: Damages caused by transportation, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs are not covered.
Illegal Use: Damages resulting from the use of accessories or products in violation of the law or for malicious purposes.
Documentation: Failure to provide the required Ever Power product warranty documents voids the warranty coverage.
Consumable Items: Consumable items such as belts, batteries, engine oil, antifreeze, and anti-corrosion filters are not covered by the warranty.
Economic Loss: The warranty does not cover economic loss or additional expenses caused by the generator set.
