Structure:

Major Components: Casing, casing cover, impeller, shaft, wear ring, shaft sleeve, bearing bracket, etc.
Back Pull-Out Design: The pump is divided into the casing and casing cover from the back face of the impeller. This design allows for easy inspection and maintenance. Only the intermediate connector between the pump coupling and motor coupling needs to be dismantled, allowing the rotating element to be completely removed without disturbing the casing, suction, discharge pipeline, and motor.

Pump Volute:

Composed of casing and casing cover.
The rotating element includes the impeller, shaft, and rolling bearing.
The rotating element is supported by rolling bearings mounted in a hanging bearing bracket, with radial and axial thrust supported by the bearings.

Gimbal Ring:

To balance axial thrust, there are wear rings in front and at the back of the majority of the impeller.
The balance hole is located on the back shroud of the impeller.
For some pumps with smaller axial thrust, there is no wear ring and balance hole at the back of the impeller.

Seal Ring:

The shaft sleeve is positioned on the shaft to avoid excessive shaft wear.
An “O” ring between the shaft and the shaft sleeve prevents air entrance or water leakage along the matched surface.
